Terms

Last updated November 2026. Radio Spot Headquarters is run by SHORE AI LLC, Malibu, California ("we").

What this is

Radio Spot Headquarters turns the answers you type into a radio commercial script and a finished radio spot with an AI voice and AI music. You listen to it and download it from a private page.

Paying

Each length has a single price shown on the page when you buy. You pay once by card through Stripe, or with a SHORE AI gift code. There is no subscription. You see your script before you pay. Your link works for 30 days. Prices cover making your spot. We do not buy airtime or place your spot on any station.

If something is wrong

Read the script carefully before you pay, because the voice says those words. If a version did not finish, press Try again. If a spot we made has a real problem, such as a file that will not play, tell us within 14 days and we will make it again or refund you. We do not refund a spot because you changed your mind about the idea or the style.

Your spot

You may use your finished spot to promote your business. You are responsible for what it says: the facts, prices and offers in it must be true, and you must follow the advertising rules that apply to your business and to the place where it plays. Check the script and the way your phone number or website is said before you pay. The voice and music are made by AI, so each one is unique and we cannot promise a spot will sound a certain way. Please do not tell anyone that a real announcer, a singer or a band made it. A radio station or streaming service may have its own requirements, and we cannot promise that it will accept your spot.

What you may not do

You may not use Radio Spot Headquarters to mislead anyone, to advertise anything unlawful, to make hateful, sexual or violent content, to copy a real person's voice, a real song or a real advertisement, to impersonate anyone, or to break any law. We may refuse or stop an order that breaks these rules.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep Radio Spot Headquarters available, but we cannot promise it will never be down. AI services and networks are outside our control.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the spot in question, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

California law

These terms are governed by California law. You can reach SHORE AI LLC at Malibu, California.
